Core Exercises for Strength, Balance and Low back pain relief.


 

I recommend that everyone with chronic low back pain have a set of core strengthening exercises that they can do on a regular basis. These are exercises that will strengthen the spine and provide support to prevent worsening disc protrusions, disc herniations and nerve impingement.

These exercises can also help to reduce an acute pain exacerbation.
